Product Description

The gantry seam straightening machine specially designed for high-pole lights, communication poles, and

power poles has become an efficient assistant for the processing of large-sized poles with its "mechanical

drive + segmented seam joining + manual spot welding" efficient operation mode! The equipment body is

made of thick steel plates welded together, with a stable structure and strong anti-deformation ability, capable

of adapting to long-term continuous operation. The core drive system is equipped with a high-performance

walking motor, with stable power output, and can precisely control the moving speed of the steel pipe.

Combined with multiple sets of adjustable seam joining pressure wheels, it can achieve segmented seam joining

for poles of different diameters and different taper angles. During operation, manual spot welding for shaping

is carried out first to ensure the basic positioning of the weld seam, and then the equipment is started. The

walking motor drives the pole to move smoothly, and the segmented seam joining mechanism will apply pressure

along the weld seam trajectory in segments, precisely closing the weld gap, and at the same time, the pole will

be preliminarily straightened, effectively solving the problems of "loose seam" and "misaligned seam" that are

prone to occur during the seam joining of large-sized poles. Compared with the traditional manual seam joining
