Product Description

This gantry joint alignment machine is a highly specialized and powerful equipment specifically designed for the joint alignment operations of large-sized poles such as high-pole lights, communication poles, and power poles! To address the processing challenges of long and large-diameter poles, it adopts a gantry-type heavy-duty frame structure, with an extremely rigid body that can easily bear extremely long and heavy poles.

During continuous joint alignment operations, it will never deviate or deform. The core of the equipment is driven by a high-power walking motor, which can precisely control the uniform movement of the steel pipe. It is equipped with multiple sets of adjustable jointing pressure wheels to achieve segmented pressure jointing of the weld seam.

During the operation, workers first perform manual spot welding on the welded seam of the rolled steel plate to prevent the pole from misalignment during the moving and jointing process. Then, the equipment is started, and the walking motor will drive the pole to smoothly pass through the jointing area. The multi-point jointing mechanism will automatically adjust the pressure according to the diameter and taper of the pole, precisely closing the weld seam gap, and also play a role in preliminary straightening.

This way, not only will the poles be tightly jointed, but the subsequent straightening process will also be reduced in workload. This "manual spot welding for positioning + mechanical multi-point jointing" collaborative mode has a 3-5 times increase in efficiency compared to pure manual hammering jointing, and can also avoid problems such as uneven weld seam gaps and pole deformation caused by manual operation. It is particularly suitable for the processing needs of large-scale production of high-pole light poles and communication tower poles.
