The fully automatic flange welding machine produced by TWI features a core welding unit equipped with a Japanese Fanuc robot. It also supports flexible selection of domestic robots, along with a high-performance Megmite welding power supply, ensuring both stability and accuracy in welding. The equipment can complete the fully automatic welding of the inner and outer rings of the flange, as well as the automatic assembly and welding of reinforcing rib plates.

The entire process from material assembly to welding does not require any manual intervention in the core procedures.What's more, this equipment eliminates the cumbersome process of multiple transfers of components in traditional processing. The operation interface is simple and easy to understand, and ordinary workers can master and operate it after simple training.
