Product Description

This gantry joint straightening machine is a core forming equipment specifically designed for heavy-duty

conical pipe components such as high-pole lamps, communication tower poles, and power transmission

poles. The entire machine adopts a heavy-duty gantry frame structure. The body is made of high-strength

steel and is welded as a whole, and has undergone strict annealing and aging treatment to completely

eliminate internal stress. This ensures that when processing pipes with large diameters and long rods, the

body has excellent rigidity and will not undergo distortion or deformation. The core of the equipment is

equipped with a large-torque walking motor, which is combined with a precise gear transmission system.

It can provide strong and smooth driving force, easily pulling steel pipes weighing several tons to move at

a constant speed. During the jointing operation, the multi-component point-type jointing pressure wheels

carried by the equipment are made of high-maintenance alloy steel, which can apply continuous and uniform

radial pressure to the weld seam. This "rigid body + multiple-point pressure" design ensures that the

large-diameter conical pipes remain stable during the jointing process. It can not only completely close the

weld gap but also effectively eliminate the residual stress of the steel plate after rolling, providing perfect

basic conditions for the subsequent welding process.
