Product Description

The automatic seam welding machine for lamp posts is a specialized core equipment for large-scale production

of lamp posts. It is specifically designed for the integrated operation of seam welding and seam joining,

integrating the dual functions of seam joining and welding. It completely breaks through the efficiency bottleneck

of traditional step-by-step operations and significantly improves the welding quality and production efficiency

of lamp posts. The equipment structure is precisely adapted to the processing requirements of lamp posts.

It mainly consists of the main machine head, the traction bed, and the feeding platform. The operation process

is scientific and efficient: the clamping head on the moving carriage of the traction bed clamps the large end

of the steel rod, and through the movement of the carriage, the steel rod is pushed from the small end to the

large end according to the taper ratio. Under the stable clamping of the six clamps on the main machine head,

it moves at a uniform speed; the large end of the steel rod is supported by the feeding pusher carriage, and

the guiding wheel on the machine head automatically completes the seam alignment, achieving simultaneous

seam joining and welding. When the seam is in place, the welding machine immediately arcs and starts welding.

The equipment adopts the submerged arc automatic welding process and is equipped with an automatic slag

recovery system. This not only saves consumables and keeps the working environment clean, but also ensures

uniform and continuous weld seams, a beautiful appearance, strong welding penetration, and one-time formation.

The welding speed can reach 2-3 meters per minute, which is three times that of gas shielded welding, and the

welding cost is lower than that of gas protection welding. With its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving,

and precision, it has become the preferred dedicated equipment for the welding speed and efficiency in the

domestic lamp post industry.
