Product Description

The automatic seam welding production line lamp pole welding machine is a specialized integrated equipment for seam welding of lamp poles. The equipment is mainly composed of the main machine head, the traction bed frame, and the feeding platform. The operation process is simple and efficient: the traction bed frame moving car clamps the steel pole head, pushes the steel pole to move at a uniform speed according to the taper ratio, the main machine head's six clamps firmly hold it, the feeding pusher car supports the steel pole's large end, the guide wheels automatically align the seam, the seam welding is carried out simultaneously, and the welding arc is initiated immediately, forming a single piece.
