Product Description

The operation principle is scientific and rigorous, and it is adapted to the processing characteristics of lamp post conicality: the traction bed frame moving car clamping head fixes the steel rod's large end, pushing the steel rod to move uniformly according to the cone ratio, the main machine head's six clamping claws firmly hold the steel rod, the feeding pusher car supports the large end of the steel rod, the guide wheels automatically align the seams, achieving seamless connection of seam welding while welding, without the need for frequent manual intervention.

The equipment adopts submerged arc automatic welding technology, with automatic welding flux recovery, effectively reducing waste of welding flux and lowering material costs; the welding formation effect is outstanding, with uniform, continuous, smooth and beautiful weld seams, strong penetration, one-time formation, significantly reducing welding defects and improving the welding qualification rate of lamp posts.
